The live catalog became the engine.
1,955 products were pulled from Touchstone’s live site, matched to Fluid product identity, and checked for titles, prices, images and canonical paths.
Touchstone already had the hard part: products, images, Brand Partners and demand. Fluid turned that into a working storefront. Mist compressed the build cycle from months to hours.
The brief was simple: take Touchstone’s live site, use the real catalog, and prove what the business could look like on Fluid. Four hours later, it wasn’t a concept deck. It was a working storefront.
Take Touchstone’s live catalog. Rebuild the storefront. Make it premium. Prove cart, attribution, social proof, mobile and QA. And do it fast enough that the speed becomes the story.

The product page got premium hierarchy, mobile image behavior, accessible states and real cart actions — not a static design pasted over commerce.
Companion products, live totals and recommendation rails turned browsing into a buyable system instead of a row of disconnected SKUs.
TikTok, Instagram and YouTube assets were screened, claim-checked, mirrored into Fluid DAM, and separated honestly between product proof and styling inspiration.
The product pages are the deepest proof, but they are not isolated tricks. Home, Shop All and PDPs now sit in one connected journey — from first impression to product decision to cart.

Seasonal merchandising, campaign photography and Brand Partner paths now live together. The page looks editorial, but underneath it still behaves like commerce.

Shop All stopped reading like a warehouse. Real collections, categories, search, new arrivals and product cards now point customers toward the premium PDP system.
Speed only matters if the system underneath is real. Fluid already has the catalog, media layer, cart runtime, attribution and versioning — so Mist is not drawing a picture. It is changing the store.

The migration is not the hard part anymore. What used to take quarters can now happen in hours: product identity stays intact, Brand Partner credit stays protected, checkout stays separate, and every post-launch update happens inside the real system.
